主要研究內(nèi)容方向：（1）發(fā)展蛋白質(zhì)及RNA標記的新方法，研究蛋白質(zhì)及RNA的動態(tài)構(gòu)象變化、定位、折疊、以及相互作用；（2）含金屬卟啉和銅離子蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)功能，新的金屬酶設計。課題組于2012年在四年一度的國際評估中被評為優(yōu)秀。
